This is being flagged by VirusTotal as malware/trojan by three sources. Can someone confirm if this is a virus or a false flag?

I ran Kaspersky and Malwarebytes on it and both came back clean
Always best to run in a VM to be on the safe side if you dont know or trust the source IMO
