This game is a prime example on why comical size cocks can get in the way of good stories. A lot of times the mc is treated as an object, the reactions are always "oooh, you have a big dick this and that", it completely takes away the humanity of the mc. The problem is that the similar dialogs continue every time they have a scene. If they have the mc with a regular dick and put that big dick on a pile of shit, the characters of this game will choose the pile of shit with the big dick, because it seems the person behind doesn't matter, only the size of the dick.

The solution to this? Stop bringing that dialog all the time, just focus on the story. Look how wholesome those dates scenes were when they weren't focus on the size of the dick. It felt a loot more organic.

The patch is in the OP. You have to right click the patch and choose save as ..., after you download, just move to the game folder like any other patch.

There were 0.0xx versions beforehand. A bit weird but I guess dev didn't want to be doing 0.10 0.11 type update names instead? idk.
