I would give this 4 stars in all reality, but for balance, since many early reviews never updated their ranking, I'd like to balance that out with my review on the finished product.
Cons:
*Somewhat grindy, unless you cheat
*You won't see much in the way of sex or lewd content until you advance fairly far, which, unless you cheat, will take some real time.
*Some of the mechanics can be frustrating without cheating.
*Not much in the way of voiced content
*I've seen better 3d animations
*Without a detailed walkthrough, some key information may be missed easily and never known
*I wish skipping the prologue skipped the whole tutorial, BUT also if it did, people would skip it and then probably complain that the mechanics made no sense, so....
Pros
*Story is at least about a 5-7 as far as being engaging and interesting (the Prologue is somewhat dull and generic, but hey you can skip it, so that can't really be held against it)
*the 3D animations are also not the WORST I've seen, and pretty decent and plenty of them
*variety in girls, even though there could be more (since all are somewhat white-presenting)
*HOLY SHIT, there's actual gameplay mechanics, and you can actually get so involved in trying to run the hotel you forget you came here for a wank
*the dialogue seems mostly real and natural
*the art on the girls is great
*balance on mechanics is fantastic
*love the inclusion of built in cheats if you want to just rip through
*tons of great sex scenes even though most are late-game
My overall assessment: this is one of the first lewd games I've played not JUST for the lewd scenes. I really enjoyed actually trying to manage the place (with some cheating because, again, it can be a bit TOO grindy, but also hey, they gave you the cheats, so reduce the grind to your own level of pleasure mates). So...
Scale of 0-5
Gameplay: 4
Sound: 3 (I reserve 4 and above for more voice acting)
Story: 4.5
Originality: 4.5
Renders: 4.5
Playability: 5
Performance: 5
Bugs: 4.9 (I had one very specific bug took me forever to resolve, entirely on my own)
Voice Acting: 0
Animations: 4
Grammar: 4
Amount of Content: 5
Overall: 4.5 but I go for 5 because again, it's been over-downrated
