Can't you connect your phone as an usb tethering device? so you can connect it to your computer and download directly from there.

Just unrar View attachment mapping.rar and copy the mapping.xml file to the (root) game directory.
That usually indicates the images are missing. How did you extract the game, and to where?

is there a cheat mod/cheat ingame?
I liked man of the house, but it was bad with the grind and got immensly better with cheats

Just found out that the Russian translation seems to be bugged, replace your settings.ini with this one and you can play in English
