I loved MotH, and continue to play it quite regularly, but for some reason I only just recently decided to try this game out. I just spent 33 hours across four days seeing everything in the game, and it's fair to say I was hooked. Very different from the previous game, and I can see why some might be turned off by the gameplay, but I personally enjoyed it a lot.

If you used the cheat mod, that is why you can't do "lower tiers", as it is likely your save is bugged. You would have to start a new game without using the cheat mod as we do not offer support for it.

Please clarify if you meant the in-game cheats or the cheat mod, as there is a difference between the two.

The reason the scene with Sofia freezes is due to the location of where you have the game extracted to:

C:\Users\Utilisateur\Desktop\Jeux\Mystwood_Manor_v1.1.2_Windows\Mystwood Manor v1.1.2 (Windows)

Not to mention, the length of the game path is too long.

The game will need to be moved outside of the "Users" folder. Ex: C:\Mystwood Manor v1.1.2.

If you are referring to the "Special item" for your staff, you will need to do the following:

1. You will need to complete the MC's "Cracking the case" event.

2. Go fishing at the lake during the day to obtain a bronze spider (the spider unlocks after completing the MC's "Cracking the case" event).
3. Go to Isabella's cottage during the day and find a bronze rectangle.
4. Explore the woods during the day to find a bronze crown.
5. Go to the cave during the day and place the crown, spider and rectangle on all three statues.
6. Take the nude figurine from the center statue and equip it to your MC once you get back to the manor.
7. Claim the tier 5 reward for all of your staff.
