Looks like the premise is a straight rip from Solo Leveling. Might be good, might be bad. Writing and dialogue is as stiff and unfeeling as his previous game, unfortunately...
Let's hope the dev doesn't fall into too many tropes of the anime and instead puts out a real attempt to add his own flavor and lore into it rather than just copying the same source material.
Edit: Spoke too soon. Same two guys walk into the hospital. Even the same damn s-rank main love interest blonde girl is in here, almost identical to the anime but with a haircut, lol. Sigh. Oh well, at least in this case it's a harem with some wincest.

Since I've enjoyed pretty much all of the devs previous games, I'll definitely check his one out. Everything in the overview looks pretty good.

It's not even a straight rip-off from SL and more so yet another portal/dungeon manhwa but with porn this time. The amount of the same stuff I've read with this same plot is ridiculous but it's not exactly unwelcomed. Koreans love this genre to death and China seems to be dipping their hands in it every now and then as well apparently.

It absolutely is. It doesn't matter how many stories you read, what's clear is that Solo Leveling is the most popular, and this is certainly based on it as a result. Down to the LI, down to literally the same two guys walking into the hospital. Obviously it's not going to be a 1:1 copy. It's a harem with incest. Nobody said Solo Leveling did it first, just that this game is likely using that specific manhwa as the main template, and given what's in the game, that is most certainly the case.

You're insinuating that this game isn't based on Solo Leveling, and moreso based on the genre as a whole. I'm saying it's not. It's very clearly based on Solo Leveling, specifically, as the main template for the game here, for the reasons I explained. There's obviously some creative differences, but it's very clear with what they chose to include in the story that Solo Leveling is the template, not some "generic portal manwha" in the ether like you're stating. And I'm saying that I personally don't believe it's a "straight rip-off" like you're fond of saying, it's really not my fault you decided to read one piece of work and then stamp the rest as SL copies just because it's the more popularized one but whatever. Have a good one, arguing is going to lead nowhere here.
