Talk to her in the afternoon at the library and do her request #1. I think you then have to talk to her assistant, and then the next day at the library she'll have request #2 for you, where she asks you to install the cam for her

I have one issue with the quest for camera installation. I use the walkthrough to figure out which days are best but the part with Jade isn't working the way the walkthrough tells you to install the camera. read it's supposed to be on We. or Sat. night when she's asleep and interacting with the frog plushie but other than commenting on the plushie nothing happens. And she appears to be sleeping while resting her chin on folded hands. I have an unused camera in my inventory too. What am I missing?

She does sleep weird, the only thing I can think of is (if it wasn't) maybe it has to be the camera from the fishing guy.
Before the recent update I've installed cameras to every other room, and I already bought everything the fisherman has to offer including the camera, and maxed out all main and side girl content for 0.14 including the multi-girl events. That little tidbit with Jade's camera is the only thing that hasn't been done besides checking out repeatable scenes. Would I have to do certain repeatables once to install Jade's camera, or did I come across a glitch?

While OP says in the changelog that the official walkthrough was updated, it doesn't seem to be. It's still on 0.15

I understand that there bugs, but i tell you what, they are 2 devs, with 1,564 patreons, taking 3 months for 30 min? Meanwhile, there is some other devs (working alone) and give us every month a hell lot more of content, also there is some other, with smaller weekly updates...Of course, life is a bitch, but damn....

I'm happy with the content. I was in the middle of completing a chapter in Wasteland 3 when this update came out, so I dropped everything to play Mythic Manor. Think of these games in the context of a Harem; you spend time doing one game's update, and when it's satisfied, another game's update comes out and needs your attention. The regular high-end stuff are great, but I always give these games my top priority!

As for what they were doing... Well, to be perfectly blunt I wouldn't have been surprised, nor would I have been against it, if they were spending most of their time with their family.
A good chunk of my family is old, immune-compromised, or both. Now, more than ever, I want to spend as much time as I possibly can with them, even if it comes at the expense of not getting stuff done. It may be my last chance to do so, so I wouldn't begrudge anyone else that desire.
Well the biggest thing is you can't see everyone's project management plan. The people who are doing weekly content from what I've seen is mostly doing it ad-hoc/off the cuff. The people who are doing monthly updates (or more) tend to have an idea of where they want to go.
And yeah, I'm not going to speak for the dev as it could be any number of things. I just know game design takes a long time especially if you want to get right. As another person has mentioned... Covid-19 has thrown a monkey wrench into everything.
