If your using a save that's already trigger it I'm not sure it'll happen again. But check her spy cam at night when she's level twenty five or over, if you catch her...

Looing at that shot and the MC's hands, that's one example of an awkward issue. What's even weirder is I only ever see issues regarding the MC holding onto characters when he's with Esther. I wonder why that's how it is.
Maybe it has something to do with her models extra curviness. It's ether that awkward hovering, or clipping.
