Really wish I wasn't that guy who never makes up his damned mind about things, but I really can't choose a favorite woman here for this game.
Like and all of the main heroines and Jade pretty equally.
Except for Esther whose story just seems really... flat I guess.
All of the other girls have great personalities and compelling arcs. Esther is just kind of there though. She doesn't really do that much aside from gardening, a little bit of light nursing duty, and having fainting spells once in a while. To me she actually seems like more of a background or side character than Jade.

Ouch! Guess Jikei can improve more on her character, who knows... It is not yet complete so we can still hope.
I'd also agree that Esther has the weakest personality/characterization. She has the caring mother stereotype and she likes gardening. There really isn't more to her than that.
