Nope, nothing exists for it yet.

I got through using the walkthrough and Velle is the only one I am stuck at atm. Perhaps I need to progress the week counter in-game? On what week did you get Velle to level 24?

Edit: nvm, fast forward a few weeks and it worked on Monday morning.

now I'm going to be stuck wondering just what a "persistent persistent" save entails; is it a persistent save that literally cannot be changed? can it literally not be moved from where it's put after downloading? can it outright not be deleted ever after you get it onto your computer? or worse?! gonna be up all night....thanks ever so much [/sarcasm]
