There is meant to be pregnancy eventually. But for now there is just a dream, it's not with the mom though. The handjob scene that did have the mom was altered to keep patreon happy, so don't expect any incest.
Lain's mod let's you see the scene with the mom. Make sure the mod and game version match, right now they do.
