I like the game quite a bit.... this far into it, with plotlines and sexual proclivities converging, it appears obvious that at some stage the MC will have to decide whether to concentrate on a single love interest (with extras on the side, because, who are we kidding?) or whether to play openly and just declare his love to all and get a harem going in the open.
I say this because, especially interacting with Esther vs the other girls, he's playing hide and seek...plus he's aware of the deep love some of the girls have for him and has even reciprocated it. Some have even been a little territorial about it too.
I hope this will all play out nicely and that the writers aren't writing themselves into a corner where the ways out break immersion.
I mean.. some of the girls have family talking about marriage, some might be thinking it themselves.. and half the girls come from high status families (although it's hinted that MC's mother is a powerhouse in the Mythic society..)... so it looks like there's some inevitable contrasts on the horizon, if politics enter into it.
The only alternative I see would be the MC still trying to keep things on the DL, with all of the girls.. which in light of the special events is just not doable..and would seriously become a juggling issue that would take me out of the game...
I am guessing that the nature of whatever Mythic powers or "type" the MC will turn out to have or be, will play a role into deciding whether he can get away with building himself a harem of powerful companions, or whether maybe those powers will make him enough of a rare beast to warrant him continuing to have "access" to all of the girls and them not get into a catfight over it every two days.
