That's incredibly misleading.
Regardless of if it "technically" qualifies under the rules of the site, it is clearly a misleading tag because there's no actual content with a futa or trans character. It's what, 6 images? And it's basically her just standing there.
It seems like a shameless bid to trick people looking for that content into playing their game.
For example, consider that you made an entirely linear game that was 20 hours long and had no sandbox elements. Then you added one moment at the end of the game where you could choose which location to go to next. It's only a one-time choice and it lasts less than a minute. At that point, adding the "Sandbox" tag would be little more than a trick to get people looking for an open-world experience to download your game.
Obviously it's the dev's game and their choice, but from my point of view, it's clearly a sleezy, shameless move that deliberately misleads people to get more clicks and I hope that they either remove the tag or they add actual content into the game.

Tag rules are tag rules, there is nothing shameless about the ""RULES"".
The developer did not put the tags, the uploader and or a mod put the tag there because of what is in the game.
If you have a problem with the rules of this site take it up with a mod or the owner..

You also gotta remember that game isn't even completed yet, there could be more characters in the future with massive futa cocks. If the game was completed then yeah, it's just tag bait

I don't know when developers will get it into their heads that more tags mean LESS customers.
Porn is inherently an exclusionary market.

at any addition you shave off people from your target audience. not add more. until finally you have done so much shaving that the target audience is more than 1 in 7 billion and then your target audience becomes literally nobody.
Yeah, while I do not really disagree that the tags here can be problematic, it's the system we have, and what we have to work with. They have to have some rule, and that is what they chose.
If we own our own threads, then we can put notes in the genre section or something, but for devs like this who never post here, it's not really an option.

I don't want to be that guy but, is it me or this game feels like the dev lost his motivation to go on? I mean, it's a great game, don't get me wrong, but lately the updates took very long time and the content is not the best in my opinion. I mean there are lots of main characters that have stories to continue, but all we get is more side characters story to fill up the updates which aren't that long either. It would be a shame to see this game getting abandoned though

I 100% agree, but at the same time we have no idea what's going on in their life to warrant such delays, I think v0.18 was delayed because one of the devs had covid or smth like that. But on the flip side the Dev team for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is only slightly behind schedule despite their country being a literal warzone (Ukraine).
So imo I think it's a combination of losing motivation and stuff going on in their personal life, and I think it's been mentioned before that it seems like they don't even know what comes next with the main story. This was one of the first VNs I ever played and it would be a shame to see it die like this

I feel like part of the problem is that most of the main girls have sort of completed their story arcs. So new content winds up feeling a bit tacked on, or winds up being focus on less developed side characters. Which makes things feel like a game that's almost already finished is just padding things out to keep putting out updates (and cashing Patreon checks).
At a certain point, it feels like the game would be best served by coming to a hard conclusion, at which point the dev could start a new game with new ideas and new creative passion. But then there's always the fear of losing support, so some devs will always be terrified of ever finishing a product definitively.
