Go to the BackStreet at night, and enter The Pantheon (the club at the end of the street, you need to choose the 2nd option 3 times IIRC), then you have to return on the next night and pick the key on the bench before going downstairs to the club, that key is to open the camping tent near the cave at the beach, you just need to follow the tracks from there.
