Can somebody tell me how I get special scene 4 & 7 (both the right one)?

The hint with the cafe don´t work "Order at the café when Naira's there. Then visit the café in the evening.".

Must I do something special or is this because I played with my old save?

You don't need anything special, but if you timeskip to night (by drinking coffee there in the afternoon) the event doesn't trigger, if you're sure you've had more than 7 coffees then just wait until night and go there and the scene will begin.
