Pretty much. The repeatable scenes, lots of "quality of life" improvements and some new scenes. The sounds too. There are a lot of tweaks though if you look at the change log, oh and don't forget now we can have binoculars.
0.7 was ok but 0.8 was the main culprit, doing mostly tweaking and adding in the sound.

The console part has to be answered by others, I very rarely cheat (and here I didn't feel the need to), but normally you have at least one time of day where you can't progress any girl, that's the time where you get on your laptop and write a gaming article... ...and once you've done that a few times you get somewhere between 60 and 90 bucks per article...

@Prout-gang Often times you can fit two activities in the afternoon, so if the other time slots have stuff going on, you can often fit in writing an article in the afternoon and still do some other event. In a similar manner, I found you can get an early morning workout in at the gym and still do some other event in the morning afterwards, but as far as I know that stat it raises is pretty much worthless still, but I've gotten in the habit of maxing it anyhow, in preparation for when it does eventually have some use, lol.
But anyhow, as long as you make a best effort to fit in working at some point on most days, you will have more money than you need long before you finish all the content. Though funds can be a bit tight early on for the first week or two, thanks to having to buy a camera and some other odds and ends. You can also keep the change from buying the clotheslines without any consequences, as far as I can tell you don't get anything other than a slightly altered line of text for giving up that $30.
