The amounts listed in the walkthrough are what you have to give her after chatting with her, so if you give her $75 before chatting with her to get to level 1, then you need to give her another $50 for a total of $125 to get her to level 2. Just try chatting with her., and if that doesn't work, try giving her $260 and then talking with her again.

Also are there many text choices that make much difference as they all seem to mostly get the same result at least with affecting future the same.

Choices mostly just change minor things in the current event, at least as far as I've seen so far. Though in a meta sorta way, the order you choose to do things in can affect what version of certain scenes you get. Like for instance if you don't level up Niara at least around 4 times a week at the start, you won't have enough influence with her during the Sunday trip to the beach to get her to let you feel up her ass while applying lotion for her, to a lesser extent Fanora has to be a certain level for that event as well to be able to untie Naira's bikini. Or if you have the MC watch too much porn before raising Fanora a certain amount, the event where she walks in on you jerking it plays out a little differently. There are a number of little things like that, most involve Sunday group events or misc. side events that don't progress the relationships but depend on those relationship levels to decide the outcome. You can find out the details of all of them in the available guides.

i did naira route 1st so at night i get her to sleep in my room. then i did fanora route 2nd but found when she sleeps in your roo you can do stuff you cant with naira. can we not add these sort of options to naira aswell?
Also i find it wierd if you get a girl to sleep with you at night in morning they wake in there own rooms. would be great if in morning you both woke in your room.
