There were alot of areas unfinished. I wonder if anything has changed ?

Step 1:

Loc: Backstreet Patheon
- Keep choosing the 2nd choice to pass bouncer
- Take the key lying on the bench in the laundromat.

Step 2:
Time: Any
Loc: Beach
- Go to cave entrance > Click on the tent.
- Read the journal

Step 3:
Time: Morn/Noon
Loc: Magic Lake
- Talk to the old man > "Ask about the beach cave"

Step 4:
Time: Noon
Loc: Backstreets
- Talk to the tinfoil hat man
- Buy the maniac's moonshine ($500)

Step 5:
Time: Morn/Noon
Loc: Magic Lake
-Talk to the old man > "Give maniac's moonshine"

I played through the update and asked myself WHAT THE HELL did the dev do in all those months??? I mean it never has been the most time consuming animations/renders to begin with and then after such a long time this is it? What a joke this game has become. Easily from one of the best to one of the worst.
