The only one that exist (so far) is for 0.14, first page. The game itself have his "own" (not that good but help a lot) the only thing that they don't help is to see the extra scenes, the official is behind paywall, at his patreon...
You can only tip in Dahlias stream. IIRC, you´ll need to advance her story through several key streams before she outright says something about tipping being enabled, with a corresponding button appearing.

Thank you for at least pointing out what page. And I did look, I found absolutely no answer just questions asking where it is. I'm also going to assume you meant post #9892 and not #4892.

Yes, I did mean posts #9890 and #9892, probably mixed them together with the page. As for you not seeing this specific post, that's weird, seeing as I can still see and interact with it.
