?Seeing the layout, there basically the same sites, meaning the probably use the same methods, which requires people linking there accounts.
Thanks to the payment options changes, it has become a lot harder for non jp people to pay for the content, meaning there are a lot less people available that are willing to share it

Honestly for the K site's case it's more that they never fix their fantia importer, and their fanbox importer only fixed once in a blue moon (only to then broken again few months later).
I read somewhere awhile ago that NH in the other hand has an actually working fanbox and fantia importer, but it's really hit or miss on whether you will even able to access the artist listings at all due to their server

Good news guys kemono's fanbox importer is working again. So far only najar's free posts have been uploaded. Hopefully some folks here archives the videos soon.
