How does the beholder even spawn? I've been running around the newest stage and haven't actually managed to see it somehow. Is it correlated to those "alert all the gargoyles" eyes on the ground at all? Because I learned pretty quick to avoid those if at all possible.

It's random for the stage to either have gargoyles or just the beholder

I dont understand the oxymoronic autism behind "reproducing is le heckin baaaad" kinds of games. Isn't the goal to breed more monstergirls?
After the 10'th time, I think it would become obvious why being constantly bred by monster girls isn't the best idea.

Why is it a bad thing to want a family? Im not talking about being used as a cum dispenser until you die of starvation or dehydration within a week like MGE insists they all do.
MGE views the monster girls as a good thing, but this game implied that the monster girls won't stop after the first or second round (at least by the game over animations).

You might've got MGE confused with MGQ there. The MGE is all about getting together with your favorite monster girl(s) and living happily ever after. MGQ on the other hand is a game first and has plenty of bad ends with the protagonist being drained to death or sometimes just outright eaten by the monster. Both are great in their own ways, but they are not the same.

MGQ is Monster Girl Quest and MGE I THINK is Monster Girl Encylopedia.
you thought correctly. MGE is the Monster girl Encyclopedia.

to add more info to both games;

Monster Girl Quest is rather grim in its setting, the girls there will kill humans or mistreat them and lean more towards monster than girl, in terms of personality.

Monster Girl enceclopedia is softer in comparison, the main setting deal with tons of monster girls roaming about looking for a husband, and despite their voracious lust, they'll love their human and ultimately want to make them happy, therefore the monstergirls here lean more towards girl than monster.
