They are definitely similar, but there is an overall difference in feeling and message.
The spider one is closer to a queen using her slaves. The way she rides cross legged is a position often used for classic SM play where the female takes the role of a person in a much higher position.
The Oni just goes at it from a primal perspective with the Amazon position. She overpowers him and uses him like a toy.

Hi apologies for the delayed response. How do I do that exactly? I downloaded the file but I don't know what to do with it exactly?
Play the game. It will create a save game in the data folder iirc.
It will have the same name as the file you downloaded, but with your PC's name instead of TEMPLATE.
That's how you have to rename the file.

Test version? I don't see anything about a test version on their Patreon.Someone got the new test version that released?

Put the file in the same folder as the EXE and change TEMPLATE to the name present in C:/Users
