I'm assuming she was following you. sometimes sprites overlapping. Just move.is this some kind of bug?
Hi, I'm the one making the mod. I'd be happy to take your feedback into consideration. For your feedback about controls, the mod has the ability to change what keys do what, so you could set up keyboard controls in such a way to be used one handed. In regards to money, the mod allows you to have Emma give you free items, and there is nothing stopping you from buying 99 of an item and selling it back to her for money. About the gallery, I see what you mean, and can try to investigate ways to improve that. For the scene length, I don't think there's much I can really do to fix that. Writing is not my area of expertise whatsoever, and I have people help with that, but the mod does introduce new variants of scenes with the main girls having a new personality option.Well... I finally got around to picking this up and playing it. I remember finding this thread ages ago when the game was still incomplete, trying it out, thinking it was interesting, then leaving it on the watch list to pick it up again when it was finish. Fast forward to not that long ago when I was looking through my back-log and found it again.
Now, I've played the base version of the game found in the OP. Haven't touched the mod. Dunno if I ever will, I'm often lazy when it comes to these sorts of things for H-games even if the mod(s) improve and/or expand the game greatly.
With that out of the way, I will say that the base game itself is pretty good, but it has a number of flaws that keep it from being outright great, at least for me.
On the more objective side of things... One issue that bugged me is that the mouse control is horrendous and because of that, it's difficult to play the game with just the mouse. It's downright impossible to do all but the maze-mini-games with the mouse. However, what really makes it dubious is the fact that you can use a lot of money in the long run... and there are only two real sources of income in this game. The first is sharing level three followers with the thugs, which is the most efficient way of making money with 500 currency per night with no effort whatsoever. The second is collecting from all the collection points every day and selling whatever you don't want/need for crafting. This second mechanic is VERY tedious and repeating it every single day gets boring VERY fast...
The money collecting is one of the game's bad points because you need to do it a LOT if you want to unlock everything and fix the mansion. (Each crack in the mansion costs 500 Glib to fix, curtains cost 3000, I don't even remember all the other stuff, but the end result was a ridiculous sum...) Then there's Emma's events, which, in total, with the Lily one, cost something ~15k Glib since you need to do her stuff 3 times before you can do the one with Lily, which costs 7000... Then there's the costumes, where the basic ones alone cost 500 each, and others like bunny-suits and whatnot can cost even more.
I personally gave up partway through and just edited a bunch of money in, because the grind for said money is utterly boring and doesn't really add anything to the game at all. I also didn't feel like repeating the sharing events every night on top of the collecting crap for who knows how long before upgrading the girls to level 4.
Another problem this game has is that you don't have a proper complete gallery. What I mean by that is that you don't actually get access to all variations of a scene in a singular save. The individual endings for example have small variations in dialogue based on whether you shared the girl or not, and based on whether the girl was impregnated or not. The impregnation variation seems to exist for the group endings and the harem endings except for the Bad Ending. However, you can only see the variation that applies based on the status of the girls when access said ending, or when you look at it in the gallery. Furthermore, as far as I can tell, the sharing scenes are not in the gallery either... or at least I don't know where they are. The bonus scenes with Haru and the other girl in the Inn also don't seem to exist in the gallery.
On the more subjective side of my dislikes... there's the fact that the majority of the H-scenes felt way, WAY too short. Read for 15 seconds and you're done kind of short, if not shorter sometimes. Dunno about other people, but that's not very satisfying for me, and because of the crappy mouse control, it's kind of difficult to navigate around to get more of them in a row to cover for their shortness. Sure, you can do it with the keyboard, but that kind of limits the positions you can be in, if you know what I mean. Oh, and there's also the fact that the costumes are pointless. There's not a single scene in the game where the girls are clothed in any way shape or form... except for Gwen keeping her scarf in the repeatable scenes.
Now... all that said...
You'd think that with everything I said up top that I dislike the game. However, that's no the case. I did say that it's pretty good, yes?
The fact of the matter is that while it has its flaws, it also has its strong points. The story, while simple, is also fairly solid and doesn't have any super-massive plot-holes. The characters are decent and consistent. Most importantly, the mind-control is quite elaborate, which is more than I can say about the majority of games and media where this particular trope pops up. It explores each individual character's mind and preys on their individual weaknesses and desires. It's pretty well done, and that alone makes it enjoyable.
Honestly, there's a lot in here that could have been used to make the game genuinely great. The flaws I mentioned above, particularly the objective ones, can likely be fixed in a number of ways, and the systems could be expanded in a lot of ways as well. It's a shame that the dev has already moved on to other projects completely, because I genuinely think that this game could have been outright brilliant, rather than just "pretty good".
Oh well, can't have everything...
On a different note... I'm surprised that the thread isn't tagged ntr, given that the protagonist literally steals one wife from her husband, steals his own mom from HER husband, basically steals Kay's mom from her husband too... and of course the bad ending has him lose all the girls to G while he's basically slowly murdered.
In any case. Maybe I'll check out that mod one day. Maybe I won't. I don't even know what it's about or anything though... too lazy to look it up though.
You have to invite her to the house, she will try to control the others and in the end you have to use her while the protagonist tries to control her and you just have to give up and that's it haha ,So the control attempts are random so you should lose a few days for them to pass (I don't know if Allan changed since I played in a previous version)Can someone tell me waht I should do with Crystal/Aima?? I mean from the little questionnaire she makes, what I should answer to trigger her events and so. I'm asking because after it I waited a few days and nothing else happened and it seems like there should be other events going by what I read arond here.
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "counter". I assumed you were referring to the stats shown in the controller menu, but those, from what I can tell, do not get reset.I don’t know if this was in the hotfixes for NC+, but I’ll write about the evil bugs I found there in v22.
-Almost never, when raising the level, the sex counter is reset, with the exception of Elaine’s counter when raising Rika’s level (But not Rika).
-If Rika's level up event was initiated by the Book, then Elaine's counter cannot be reset by normal "sex" interactions.
I am aware of this, and will not be adding them to those locations. The reason I added the ability to use the MC's bed like that was so I wouldn't have to write multiple variants of the same scene for those locations.-Lily and Emma cannot contact standard “sex locations” (toilets/empty classroom/stump), only with MC’s bed.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'll get this fixed in the next release!-The store is open at dawn and Emma is not available for interaction. From her bedroom, she comments on attempts to break into the warehouse.
Can you please elaborate on this? I don't quite understand what you mean.-After paying for dinner with Emma, if you refuse to start Dinner, there is no normal interaction with Emma.
That is true, and it's because of technical limitations with the engine that are beyond my control to resolve.-If Kay masturbates that night, she cannot be asked to participate in the level 2 Lily event.
Like the previous one, this is because of technical limitations.-At dawn, the Cow is not available for battle, although Lena is often nearby and could logically trigger a control event.
Yeah, I can't really fix any of these, simply because of how the time system works. These are all basically the same bug, and I can't fix it, so they'll stay. Now the gliches that I like to use (I hope they are still allowed).
-The period of time between the last event of the day and sleep allows you to have time to save and shorten the reroll of the day.
-Jace's level 2 event allows you to initiate 2 dialogues with her in one night and shortens the event by 1 day.
-Lena's level 2 event allows you to initiate 2 tea parties with Derek in 2 periods of time, consecutively. It is convenient if the third tea party falls at dawn. BUT to take advantage of this you need a good reaction speed.
Dawn was basically added for the event where you play as Kay to control Lily, and for dreams/nightmares. And I'm still not sure what you mean by sex counters in this regard. It’s a pity that during dawn on a normal day you can only use 2 useful time-consuming actions. I want to check whether Crystal's time skip will affect the ending of the high difficulty deadline. It doesn't increase the value of sex counters anyway.
Sorry, I didn't explain it correctly. in your guides, this concept is associated with “Girls escaping” and denotes the time of the last sexual interaction: “Control>sex>striptease/blowjob/sex, etc.” If you do not initiate which, an event with a “headache” will appearI'm not exactly sure what you mean by "counter". I assumed you were referring to the stats shown in the controller menu, but those, from what I can tell, do not get reset.
When you pay for dinner, Emma says she will buy potatoes. The next day, the only dialogue option with Emma is whether to eat dinner immediately or refuse. After refusal, the dialogue ends. That is, at this time Emma cannot be traded/controlled/used in other quests. Can you please elaborate on this? I don't quite understand what you mean.
This is very disappointing. But since nothing can be done, I hope restarting the day help me.That is true, and it's because of technical limitations with the engine that are beyond my control to resolve.

I see. Thank you for clarifying. It's a bit difficult to catch every single event that should reset the escape counter. I tried to ensure that at least the normal, repeatable events reset the counter. One-off events are harder to catch.Sorry, I didn't explain it correctly. in your guides, this concept is associated with “Girls escaping” and denotes the time of the last sexual interaction: “Control>sex>striptease/blowjob/sex, etc.” If you do not initiate which, an event with a “headache” will appear
I see, and that is by design. Once she has the potatoes, the event is ready to trigger, and like Lena's lvl 3(?) event, you can't do normal stuff with her. You can either do the event, or not. When you pay for dinner, Emma says she will buy potatoes. The next day, the only dialogue option with Emma is whether to eat dinner immediately or refuse. After refusal, the dialogue ends. That is, at this time Emma cannot be traded/controlled/used in other quests.
I don't fully understand what you mean by this one. By free action, you mean the game doesn't force you to go to Emma right away? If so, I think that makes sense. Here's more about Emma. After completing the memory rooms during "Upgrade Control", Emma must be invited back to her room and "Enter her mind". When "Enter Her Mind" is completed, a free action appears that can be spent on anything. If you don't talk to Emma until the next day, her quest will automatically complete and your control level will increase to 3, but the thighjob scene never happened.
(By the way, automatic completion of Emma's level 2 progress, is this your idea? It's convenient, but strange)
Sarah's displays in the "Serum Status" page, but like the other bonus girls, hers doesn't show up in her summary. That's because I only added it to the main girls while I was overhauling them. It was really complex to do, so I limited it to just main girls.to clarify the "sex counter" here is this line
By the way, Sarah doesn’t display it at all, but the “girl’s escape” still happens. The good thing is that by this time I usually have the "Upgrade Control" option and don't have to worry about it. But for the first time it unpleasantly surprised me that the girl without a counter got a “headache”
Hmm. I'll look into that, thanks!I never got around to testing Defeat by Aima. But I remembered a few more little things. In the first house, during Sarah's striptease, her clothed model does not appear in the dialogue, only her eyes and mouth. but the naked model works properly
I still don't fully understand the fishing system. I just left it how it was originally implemented.Fishing. The bait never, under any circumstances, disappears from the fish trap. Even if the fish trap has already broken 10 times. Each new trap will contain the bait that you put in the first trap on the first day. It's convenient, of course, but it's terrible. It's terrible that this bug exists in the original version of the game too.
Are you sure you're playing the NC+ version and not the original??So, regarding the mod and Emma in it, the shopkeeper. Does she get XP normally? Because game doesn't seem to track it, i don't see her xp bar in controller menu, nor does the game say she gets XP when following and finishing jobs. Does she get xp from jobs?
Interactions with her are very expensive, so I'm trying to optimize it.
