Learn how to use transformation jutsu. Use it once to turn into either sasuke or naruto. then when you go to touch breasts you should be able to turn into sasuke

Look at two comments up. Also, how does the patron code even work after you type it in? Does it provide bonuses or allow you to cheat?

pretty sure it just gives you a couple costumes for ino, and supposedly a patron only scene involving orochimaru
if you want to cheat, go to your room and click on the dresser on the left of side of the room. Unless they disabled it in this update?

This is a very grindy game, not much in the way of an actual visual novel... Story elements don't show up very often, beyond the intro scenes... Takes a lot of repeating things to get to new content as well... I went ahead and posted my review...
