I did that, but it isn’t working. Any tips?

I had the same problem but I managed to fix it by doing a special start and starting from new content. As soon as I started I went to the clearing to get the lake scene with Tenten and then went to sleep. I was forced to go through the whole hot springs event on the next day but once that was over I went to Tenten's shop and finally managed to have the sailor talk to me.

I upgraded from 15.3, but before I download 16.2 and I can't even start the game because I couldn't extract the .exe file (and some others)

I can't seem to find Karin with the vases, I've checked the forest like the walk through said but she won't show up. I hope it's not like Amaya where you only have one chance, that's dumb.

I finished TenTen first masturbation event in the woods, but she hasn't appeared in the meadow again after that.
Karin doesn't seem to have anything more going till I get her the vases, but they're not avalible in TenTen's shop, and salesman at the ramon shop doesn't have any either, so...what am I to do now, to move things forward?

Did you already buy items for the discount sale? If you bought all 3 vases then, then you'll have to restart before the sale or restart a new game.
