Yep, I noticed that too, I think the dev could have done two types of dialogue for Hinata's scenes, without changing the scene itself. So at least it would seem that the path the player took at the beginning had some impact on Hinata's behavior.

I hope the other routes we get with the characters can have a bigger impact on them and the story overall.
