You have to reach all three main girl ending first, and then be able to proceed to Misaki's ending

I know its been a hot minute since you wrote that but, I havent seen any games like this one or Summer/Winter Memories where the only difference is - The MC Is not Shota. The closest thing I can think of is something-or-other Rapsody which got several clones(or was it a clone itself?). But those games look and play differently.
