MC never dies or something. At worst, turns into a sex slave. The story is pretty linear, the bad endings are all these that deviate from the true ending. In general, she needs to fuck her way out and screw them bad guys. That's all.That's... that's one of the tips to get a good ending? What this pro tip implies really makes this game much darker than it already is... I don't think my heart can take it, tbh.
Well she does she can either commit suicide from breakdowns or die from being beaten too many times, you learn this at the start of the game if you resist too many times or give up right at the start.
I've yet to figure out how to increase health though I don't think its possible.

I never had any issues with health (avoid wrong choices), addiction (do sex) or that mental stat (think positively).
I don't think you can increase the health, it is kind of punishment system with limited saves.

if it were to me i rate the story 5 out of 10 it's quite forgettable story but not too bad if you don't want to play the story just to get the CG there is an option to unlock them in the settings
