Overview:
In the early 22nd century, after the 4th World War, the Cormaine Republic and Uvkos Union became the two dominant sovereign states. The Republic and the Union successfully invaded the majority of its neighbor countries. After the relentless wars, the two states made a truce to enjoy their triumph, which will last before the 4th quarter of the century.
The two sovereign states made technological advances in the following years. The advancement paved the way for some of the most notable inventions: Amara, a serum that enhances human abilities; the Sinister, a war machine; and the Chasgate, a portal device used to travel back in time.
Several years have passed without a war. The world begins to heal. The reality still stands: nothing can separate man from greed forever.

In the first image the bodies look flat, like they are 2D. I think the skin is somehow off in some images. The setting looks interesting.

And you can now finally finally name your character in the next version.

Sci-fi huh? risky. i feel like those rarely do good. not that i hate sci-fi but i just feel they're harder to pull off.

but the main issue is the MC. dude looks either too feminine or like he's getting ready to go to a bad photo shoot for "dead man inside weekly"

i'll probably give it a try later though.

I think there is a lack of good SciFi adventures around.

I am very suprised that there ain't anyone who has written a
story set in the world that Richard Morgan has created for
Altered Carbon, Broken Angels and Woken Furies.

I prefer the books, because the tv series,
aren't really true to the story.

They changed the plot way to much.
They focused on stuff that wasn't the driving plot in
the books.

Some of the charachters in Netflixs tv serie,
is not around in Altered Carbon the book.

Because they belong in book 2 and 3.
So yes, it was a mess in tv serie.

At least someone who use the books better than Netflix did.
They really messed it up!

Interesting premise will check this out. Although the MC look like he was genetically altered so that his face is 15% too small for his head.
