Is it just me or does that not seem right to you? I mean I look at that picture and I think, Yeah, that's how it should be. I think the world would be a more peaceful place if that scene was more common. Hot and attractive ladies naked in all their glory.

Yes, you can follow a totally dickfree path, just make the right choices. They are well-demarcated, btw.
None of the straight scenes are mandatory, but they are there for anyone who wants to.

*cough*no. the straight scenes are mandatory for the story. but you can dodge most straight scenes for the protag herself.
btw. the cunnilingus scenes are pretty awful. does the dev does that by intention?
