Well, sex is not really the focus of the game (though it happens somewhat frequently), but m/f scenes are about 1/3 over all, give or take, though that is not the cannon path.
You can play Lyanna as either a lesbian or bisexual, and several others are bi as well. Most of these are up to the player.
