It's the porn logic "she enjoyed it that means it's not rape" that is the nonsense here. Rape isn't about enjoyment or not of the victim, is about whether the intercourse was consensual.
You are also contradicting yourself because if it's not rape then what it was there for Susan to "forgive"? Non-consensual sex? Again, that's what rape is. And yes, a victim can choose to forgive it but the forgiveness doesn't make the deed itself something else. If you steal something from me and i forgive you, that doesn't mean the theft wasn't a theft and you're not a thief.

I assume the "rape" tag refers to the forced sexual contact between two characters while being held at gunpoint.
Yes, you could laugh it off because the dude had a tiny dick, or because the gun was fake, but it was rape... especially since very real physical violence as well as the threat of more physical violence was used to coerce them (including beating Adam unconscious and leaving him for dead.)
That said, the dev seems to flip flop between whether it was traumatic or forgettable.

Okay, different opinions. I don't consider it rape, because Libby explains why she did it, and that she received the same treatment from Penny and that she always liked it and it made her feel good. So she thought it would be the same for Susan: that's why she forgave her, but for me it's not rape. We could argue about it until tomorrow.
As for whether she liked it, that was my joke, which Susan then confirmed, and in fact greatly appreciated.
You can play with all the unofficial patches of the game you want, but if we look at it, they clash with what the story has been from the beginning. But the original game states that Adam and Libby were adopted, so they are not blood relatives of Susan and Phil, so there is no incest if they are not blood relatives.

As I wrote, it is subjective, rape: I mean something that has to do with the sexual act; threatening with a gun is, in my opinion, coercion. Beating Adam is simple and brutal violence, but not rape.
You do realize he's under medical advisement to take it easy right ?
