Well clearly Adam was willing to ignore that, as was apparent during the scene when he wanted to join in. It was Susan who was adamant that he had to rest up. Plus, Adam was pretending that he was still feeling the effects of the injury, so he could avoid having to do any chores. He admits this to Mike and Jin. So from Susan's perspective, she really wants him to take things easy.Interesting theories but if his dr told him no strenuous actitvity, then why did he get to have sex with the nurse through the night?
Not sure what power Susan has over Adam except her biker gang to have her back. But if these spy cameras by Jin are being backed up out of state or offshore, not sure how they would take it down. He seems smart enough not to keep it inhis house. Not sure how thats going to playout, should be interesting
As for the nurse, well she was just obsessed with Adam's dick and wanted to fuck him. She literally tells the younger nurse, when Adam is first brought in, that she intends to fuck him later. Obviously, Susan being his mom, is much more concerned about Adam getting better, so she insists that he complies with the Doctor's instructions.
Adam is entirely dependant on Susan. He has no job, he can't cook, doesn't even know where Susan keeps her cleaning stuff. He would literally be helpless without her. So he really doesn't want to do anything really stupid, that might alienate her. This happens during the early ending, if you allow Adam to have sex with Susan, when she's asleep. Susan is horrified, contacts Phil, who returns and Adam is shipped off to boarding school. This is clear evidence, that if Adam goes too far, bad things are likely to happen to him. And i reckon him deciding to use his video, of Susan having sex with Mike and Jin, to possibly blackmail her in the future, would definitely alienate Susan from him? And bear in mind, that Susan is increasingly becoming more self confident and less and less worried about people discovering the truth about her. The final scene where she wants Phil's dad to see her naked, is clear evidence of her growing exhibitionism. How long before she also actively gets off on everyone knowing that she's a slut? My guess is, by the time Adam tries to use his leverage, she'll call his bluff and turn the tables on him again.
The scene between Nikki and Adam, where she basically dominates him. The power dynamics in the Phil, Gaz, Maria triangle, where Phil is the submissive one. Everything suggests that the male members of Susan's family are not ultimately going to be the ones in control. Phil will either end up gay, and probably split up with Susan, or he'll take a submissive role and get cucked. At one point, he even fantasises about the possibility of this happening. Nikki tells Adam to eat his cum out of her pussy, and he just does it without any objections ( a clear indication that he's susceptible to be told what to do, by a dominant woman).
And when Susan takes control, all three of the boys just accept it. None of them raise any strong objections. If they were really dominant characters, why wouldn't they do that? In the Murray household at least, I think we're moving towards a femdom situation, with Susan cucking Phil, and her and probably Jo turning Adam, Mike and Jin into their toy boys.
Elsewhere, we could have a different dynamic. Marc clearly wants to dominate Susan, but he's a douchebag, so maybe that will eventually become unstuck? Ax is a criminal, but he comes across so far as an ok guy. He clearly is dominant, and I could see Susan being submissive with him. That's the route I'm following anyway, because Marc just came across as a complete dick. Plus, I like the idea of Susan dressing up in leather and denim, and becoming another version of Gracie. Phil's dad, will probably give Susan an excuse to accept Ax's offer of working at Gearheads. So yeah, biker babe version of Susan, is likely incoming. And who knows where that will lead eventually? I'm guessing PTA mom Susan will soon be a thing of the past?

What the hell is up with that scene with Adam's friends? Throughout the game, the dev give you ways to avoid certain content, and neither this scene nor the dream scene offers any options.
