seems i'm stuck on first day at work, it says to complete my daily activities and report back to the boss, the room next to his office is locked and the room on the other side of that is just a closet with a bunch of junk. what am I doing wrong?

You need to interact with the objects just outside the office in the bottom left corner then talk to Jefferson again

This exactly the kind of RPGM game I was looking for. No endless maps, no long quests. Just a simple story with good art and gangbangs.
I wish the final gangbang scene had more art and positions tho.

Given how they really shove the fact the boss has a wife in your face every time there's a scene with him, I feel like there's a case of missing tag here.
