Just before anyone asks, NTR is unavoidable and the central theme of this game. I played it, had a terrible shameful fap and this fucking game stuck in my mind for days afterward because I couldn't over how disgusted I was with myself.

Already finished this game and I think the camera and phone call system combine with heart beat system are the greatest idea of this game.
If you call your girl on the wrong time then it may make her distracted, lose the battle and get sexual assault. If you don't call her on the right time, then she get sexual assault. You don't know about what timing is right and wrong but only by your experience of looking at the heart rate and that uncertainty is the most interesting part of this game I think.

I think the thing that messed with me the most is you can miss a scene and then the only way to see it is to go the gallery and view. Really hits home that she is getting assaulted when you don't realise it.
Unlikely because this is a hentai japanese game. You can be an ugly, irredeemable piece of shit, but as long as you have a comically sized dick and ram it into hentai women with black holes for vaginas, you win.
Yes, you can avoid it, but then you'd be avoiding the porn completely, apart from the one scene where the MC fucks the girl about 70% into the game.

The NTR is 99% avoidable if you play very careful, sometimes is just randomly happen and you can load the save. I personally had played the pure love end with kana never got touched at once.
