I'm not talking about making Marvel smut or Rule 34 in general. That's okay. What's not okay is taking a picture of Daisy Ridley's face, putting it in a gangbang scene and asking money for it, while calling someone who prints posters a thief. If using likenesses of celebrities in porn would be okay, adult film makers would get crazy rich by selling pro quality deepfakes.

exactly, there’s a huge difference between a parody and rule 34 piece, and taking an actresses exact likeness and putting them into sexual situations, and thinking that said artist really has any legal Rights when they’re using the exact likeness of celebs

With Negisaray it was always hit-or-miss (more good than bad), unlike other artists like Ninjartist, Demonlorddante, Tarakanovich or Stray, who are way more consistent quality wise.
I wholeheartedly agree, accurate body depictions work much better for r34 content.
