I haven't played this one yet or Neko-nin exHeart 2 but I did enjoy the first Neko-nin exHeart and it's two dlc releases (+Plus Nachi Hen & +Plus Saiha Hen)

I downloaded the Pre-patched version, but haven't seen even any nudity, lol....I had assumed that I would not need the adult patch, was I mistaken?

The pre-patched version already has the adult patch applied, I haven't yet played through this game but I would assume the H content is near the end.

I just did a quick skip through of one of the routes and near the end you get a H scene, so the content is definitely there it's just right near the end of each girls episode.

Saiha is one of my favourites, I was really hoping that she would get a bigger role as one of the main cast in Neko-nin exHeart 3 but unfortunately nope she only got a side role and they added some new neko girls to the main cast.

No there are currently 5 games, the dlc's are short standalone games
1. Neko-nin exHeart
2. Neko-nin exHeart +Plus Nachi Hen
3. Neko-nin exHeart +Plus Saiha Hen
4. Neko-nin exHeart 2
5. Neko-nin exHeart 2 LOVE +PLUS
And then there is a new one planned to release in Japan later this year
