I wish the Dev would please find away to make the fight scenes animated. I'm tired of keep clicking just to see the fights. It takes the fun out of the game doing that.

Well, it's an engine problem mostly, because with HS2 you can actually make also fighting animations.

I'm played lots of VN as you say with animations. Sorry to tell you but a VN is also known as a game. A real VN in my opinion is just a book with pictures. It just means a visual novel. A novel is a book. The so called VN's from this site is considered as a game.

So what? HS2 looks like shit. There're only a hand full of games made with HS which are looking (relatively) nice and that's because of the postwork of the devs.
Sadly is forbidden to tell the names of other games, but for example there is one that I know of made in HS2 that is awesome with amazing fighting animations.

No, it isn't. It's a skill vs time issue. Can make any damn animation you want and/or could think of in Daz, it's just damn time consuming to do it properly. Why many now do all their animating in Blender instead (which is also a skill issue btw).
There's a reason many new devs use Honey Select and even more reasons many don't use custom animations in even something like HS.
That's what I said. HS is by far the easiest to use for animations, the other engines requires a lot more skill and time.

How exactly does the Romance thing work, can you romance several girls and still keep Eliza as your #1 ?

There is a spot where the mc is talking to Borri and is asked what his feelings for her are, the options show a non committal for harem as well as one where she is very special, if you don't choose the harem one - can you still choose it later?

Honestly there doesn't really seem to be a number 1. Eliza has the most focus mostly because she was introduced first, but he doesn't really seem to give her special treatment compared to the other girls in the Harem. And we've now had several updates where Eliza isn't directly involved in the plot at all and just kind of hangs out at the guild while the mc is off doing stuff. So far going by the banner it looks like Kira, Pearl, Eliza and Luna are going to be given equal importance.
As for the Borri conversation it doesn't really seem to matter at all. The other 3 banner girls hadn't even been introduced yet when Borri asks you and Alice becomes more of a side character regardless of whether or not you romance.

She does show up before alice did, then the story cuts to the prologue. She also shows up in the "present" before Alice does

It started out looking like it was gonna be a game with Eliza as the main focus but then we pivoted and now it's medieval Grandma's House. You can fuck whoever you want (except the guys) with no consequences to any of your existing relationships, and in fact, the dialogue seems to encourage you to build full harem. Eliza used to get the most screen time but lately we've been giving it to others.
