I'm pretty sure Buu makes the updates and advance and just releases them perodically. Last month I think he said he's currently working on the September update.

While I do enjoy this game tremendously for its story and great visuals, as well as the fantasy you experience through the MC, by having all these powers and woman fawning over him. I am starting to feel a tad frustrated by the last few updates, simply because its being dragged out a lot.
Lets face it, at some point or another the models kinda all become the same, especially in this area where the MC is pretty much surrounded by Amazonians, sure they all sexy as hell and any dude would want to bone them till his dick drops off, but can we please get on with the plot now? Focus on getting the quest done here, I mean you can always go back no? The MC does say he will come visit again, im sure being all powerful, teleportation would be an option so the dev can easily jump the MC to other areas again for some new adventure.
At this point the MC has knocked up so many woman, I am sure he will go visit
. Still, get on with the story, I would like to see more on the princess and the admiral chicky too! THANKS

More ripoffs of The Lust City... why? What was even the need to add all of this to the story, when there were already enough plot points to explore?
This game has fallen face first into the biggest mistake that many AVNs make - too much of everything. Too many women, so not enough time is given to develop and deepen existing relationships. Too many contrived sideplots, leading to the storyline wandering off into the mountains.

We get introduced to a crazy hot, crazy powerful badass Military Captain and.... 5-6 updates on an island away from most of the main cast to introduce a Harem game's worth of other girls... this roster is getting as insane as WVM

once the lost city ripoff arc is finally over i plan to make and share a mod to make an abridged summary of the whole Ana'i arc using 25 or less key renders from the arc to give others a chance to skip it lol

sounds like be helpful for future playthrough from what I read of comments here I still haven't played it lol. So im gonna have to suffer through it at least once. Tho gonna have a feeling it's gonna piss me off. I was already getting annoyed 2 or so updates before the MC left because of all the sex on the harem save I got

Not everyone hates it. I like it. It's better than the pirate arc for me. (Still miss Eliza & Luna though).

i don't really mind all the sex most of the time, but i agree with some harem games get a bit silly with the MC's dick falling into another vagina when it's still wet and warm from the last one. especially when MC seems to appear to take no time at all to get all the way across the Town/City/County/Continent/World to fall into the next one

Yeah will see when I can get around to it. Was gonna play it this month but I got some updates I rather play first so I moved back to after those games I think. so hopefully next month if not start of the 1 after

I wasn't a big fan of the pirate arc either (as I am famously not a fan of the pirate twins - or anyone in that arc) but at least I felt like it had a purpose. I was doing it for Eliza. This just seems like Buu didn't know what to do to make the story longer so he dropped us into a completely different game for awhile.

The difference for me was that the pirate arc was basically Kira (a couple of scenes with Kelly, and a few fleeting glimpses of Pearl, otherwise it was all Kira). If you didn't like her, then it was not enjoyable.
For the most part I enjoy getting to know other girls, so on the island I get to hang out with a heap of different of girls, some I like, some I don't, but at least I get variety.
I get that if you are playing a solo Eliza (or Luna etc), that everything is going to be annoying while you're away. Eliza is my definite favorite, but there was quite a few others that I like a fair bit too, so I just accept that this is how Buu is going to do it, we're going to be collecting girls and allies for the foreseeable future.
As to the purpose of the Island, I'm only guessing, but it feels like we are collecting a few things here. Some powerful artifacts, some allies (I suspect that now we've become hunter partners with Vex, she might be coming home with us, the others to follow when needed for battle). But perhaps more importantly, we're getting gods on our side. Gaia and perhaps Malanthe too.

It's not..."bad", per-se. But it's just...ugh...it drags on, and on, and on and damn near all of us want to get back to our main girls Eliza, Sylph, and Alice (eh...) and move things forwards with Luna.
The irony here is the whole thing is a continuation of the fucking pirate crap which was the first "MC goes walkabout for fucking ever" break from the actual story of the game.
