The way the dart scene was handled wasn't the way to show that the MC could handle more than the average person. You learn later that one dart is enough for a normal person. Everyone in the tribe, Echo included, would be suspicious of him as a man, and not going to just walk up and talk to him out in the middle of the jungle. They weren't even aware he had already eaten berries iirc.

If you want to demonstrate the MC handling more than the average person, you needed the dart scene to be longer. Show him getting hit with a single dart, or even two, and barely reacting to it. Have a line from Oynx to explain why it can't help. Show the MC looking around for the culprit and getting darted again and again until you have the 7 darts in.

His healing power kicked in to filter out the tranquilizer but it took hours, as compared to days for anyone else (and 7 would have been lethal if he didn't have the healing power). We know his magic doesn't work because of something on the island. He didn't have the necklace yet which I think overrides whatever the island is doing (which is how he grabbed Miyo later).

All that aside, I do think they did a better job this time of explaining why he's not at full strength than they did with the Diana fight. Has there been a fight in the story where the MC was completely OP? I don't think so yet. The assassin at the lake was a back and forth deal, the goblins were easy but still not flawless, Diana was...Diana. I just don't think he's there yet ability wise.

It could be shown that he is different due to him waking up way too fast after eating lots of berrys.

Its just his skin is supposed to be very resistant at this point, but these pathetic little darts can pierce it being shot over a distance where the mc didnt noticed the attackers? Thats just ... nah .. come on ...

This is a guy where fights against stone golems or werewolves are skipped because they are too trivial for him ... but a few darts take him out ez pz. Thats just not really working.

Youre confusing his magic and his nephilim abilitys i think. His magic (the wind magic or now the earth magic) doesnt work but his other abilitys are fine (and thats why he could easily catch miho and beat the golem). I doubt anyone but maybe his daddy is even able to suppress nephilim "magic", its just the "normal" magic which doesnt work.

Well the mc was TOO op to even show the fights against a stone golem and against a werewolf. The MC was UBER op against the ninja assassin from the beginning when the mc has had way less skills compared to know. I dont think were supposed to assume he's not there ability wise.

He just seems cocky, dumb and inattentive most of the times maybe its time for taron to hurt someone again ..........

He was pretty OP against kira and pearls dads too. Lets be honest, hes always op if he isnt fighting kinda against love interests

Look two or three posts up from yours.

You need to cause the twins flag to set to true. Either by replaying the last update or using a mod like URM to set it manually.

I restarted from the beginning of the game, picked every romance option for both of them and the twins flag doesn't set.

I'll take a look later, gonna drop out for a few, just fixed another mod, which also dropped an update recently , but as it stands it's should always be usable with newer versions, just the new stats/paths won't be changeable, if any has been added at all.

Ps. just remembered I had to do something with some spelling mistake last time on a variable, so the mod is not usable with the newer version this time, I'll be back later on and update the mod, hopefully tonight otherwise I'll do it tomorrow

This update felt game is heading towards downward direction
Being a nephilim, he is getting toyed around by a mortal, even accepting that she was superior and he is dependent on various abilities he got from his adventures feels
What if he never visited that island(forgot its name) from where he got his regen ability
Would he be dead by then
A demi god getting killed by a mortal would have been hilarious to see

Yeah the power systems in this vn are all over the place. After his power up too lmfao, I was actually looking forward for some progress. It's even worse because you know he would have won within 5 renders as soon as his red eyes appears because lazy writing.

Also can't stand how overly kind/nice he is despite me basically picking every ruthless/dark choice as possible. Give me perma red eyed mc tyty.

Thats one of my main issues to, you simply just cant controle anything story wise, only who to fuck or not and the hole dark path just dosent work, like the water/ice girl your forced to be nice with, where i wanted to kill the bitch but MC the mr.nice guy on dark path you cant even call her a bitch after she tried to kill your ass lol.....if you put in a dark path do it right or not at all.
Maybe work on that instend of just trowing in more and more girls that all wants MCs dick....the hole island and tribe girls i just skipped wanting to get back to main story instend of wasting time on nothing.....

Hmm...I noticed when MC is talking to Pearl on the deck just after a night of first time sex with her (start of this recent update), URM tool displays a requirement check that shows the twins are not enabled at this point of the story (yet I did play for both girls as love interests...).

This literally describes my experience with the game. I was pretty miffed about this VN when I finished it the first time. I thought Eliza was being wasted and the story was all over the place. Over time I just lowered my expectations and started to have fun with it and I like it a lot better. I still think Eliza is wasted here but it's a nitpick at best. Kira and Pearl grew on me, Pearl especially (that ass tho).

Weirdly I stopped caring about eliza so much when she was no longer vulnerable.

Maybe my problem is that I didn't. I actually like her more now and would never leave her behind - because first she was my romantic partner and now that she's a vampire I feel like she could be my partner in a fight as well - I wouldn't be constantly worried about how she was doing.

(I also have a feeling that something is going to happen to her while we're gone because of the whole thing with the bandits and the vampire hunters.)

Yeah that sounds about right, but that will proberly become a mess to if dev keeps adding more and more girls and story might hurt on top of that as well.. it had such good potential.
