The alchemist is one of the few women I've turned down on my playthrough. Talk about poor timing and not reading the room on her part.

I can't agree she is blandest when there is characters far worst. If im being honest I don't just like Eliza but she is in my top 10 for AVN LI I like. I personally find her very likeable and what makes her stand out to me is honestly the romance and interactions with her they always either make me laugh or put a smile on my face. I just find it well done and really nice and wholesome so im into the romance and her character more than the rest. Not sure I agree with you about the Kira comment tho that part felt too quick and to much in such a short amount of time for me. But then again I found that part really boring so hard for me to see anything there so my bias but might getting in the way.
I will give you that she becomes to clingy even if it's because of her becoming a vampire. That part of her personality was annoying to me it that part does get better thankfully but always going to be there a little bit im afraid.
I will however say I almost do like the princess more than Eliza. After you took her out of the city she started to remind me a bit of Eliza at the start of the game when Eliza's character was at her best. But at the end of the day we each have our own likes and dislikes. Eliza just happens to be the fan favorite in this one.

Hey i am new to the game and i am at the choice where you either kill and get the eye beam or spare and get mana manipulation. I noticed the choices also have the variables, dark path=true and light path=true. Are you locked in to those paths with that choice or do you get a chance to change path later in the story?

I'm probably something similar to dyslexic at least when it comes to typing. As there are times where I will type random ass words that make no sense not even anything close to what I was thinking or wanted to type. But Pearl honestly just a bad type for me didn't pay much attention to lol.
