I mean we're talking about a story that revolves around the mc's ascension to godhood so i wouldn't put too much thought into the ages of various characters as im sure he will eventually get a power up that can make his lovers ageless and it's also the one and only reason i'm ok with the massive harem. i just hope we get some sort of explanation as to how he can handle all of them on a permanent basis.
Remember he has 3 goddess as wives now, all of which are linked to him making him the first of his kind, this makes him a rulebreaker, someone who exists outside the current governing structure.
But on the other hand, why bother?
You can, quite literally, have negative points with Kira and be in relationship with her.
Points are completely and utterly pointless.
Leadership trigger is good example: 20 points is needed for +2 trust,but nothing changes if you're below that.
The game is just "catch 'em all" style, so much so I don't understand the need for points in the slightest.
Nothing wrong with that as such, just need a good story to keep up the interest. Unfortunately for me, story has been....ehm, let me be kind here because dev deserves ton of praise for everything else, not the strongest part of this VN.

Yeah, I don't understand the inclusion of these points either. It seems to come from the Skyrim school of RPGs, where whatever choice you make is essentially inconsequential. You'll make a speech, but due to not having enough leadership, you're told that it failed to motivate people... But events just play out the same way. The design itself doesn't fill me with confidence either, if a player actually roleplays and picks the option that's the most apt for a situation, then they'll likely end up with too few points in any stat for future checks. By encouraging to min/max, it just about kills roleplay.

Oh thank fuck that section is over, i guess will check this out in next update and hope it isnt a rehash of another game's story/scenes.

The king joking "haha, you could include my wife and daughter into your harem. Hell even my sister." The MC in his mind like "Wife and daughter almost there, dont mind me if i add your sister too" 
Imo that was such a awkward and unnatural scene, the whole king is designed in a way to accomodate the MC which is kinda lame imo, it seems like he cant wait to throw his women and crown at the mc and fuck off.The king joking "haha, you could include my wife and daughter into your harem. We HAVE TO get the royal harem going quickly after all, there is no time for buildup or nuance, this doesnt feel at all like a medieval society anymore, not even a fantasy one lol
I think that's intentional. I got from the dialog that he doesn't want to be king anymore (or never even to begin with) and with the now arising danger of a rebellion he wants to be king even less. So if he would get the chance to give someone else the responsibility, he would do so in the blink of an eye. That dude sighed so often in that dialogue...

To be fair, we can use the same reasoning for pretty much anything happening. The whole island arc wouldn't have happened if only a few details were different. If the MC had disliked the twins, he wouldn't have rushed to their help. If the diplomat didn't get shipwrecked, Diana wouldn't have an assignment for him, and so on. The story is about the MC accidentally happening upon power-ups and tripping into pussy more than he acts with purpose and design.
As for the king, I do think he's aware that he hasn't been able to give his wife what she wanted, and that he cares enough about her to want to see her happy. The one thing he wouldn't want is a scandal that forces his hand.
I mean yeah sure, and we got a king like that (lacking any kind of ambition or not being possessive at all) to make it as easy as possible for the MC to get into power while not looking over ambitious or greedy himself.
I mean he was a commoner a week ago and now the king already CANT WAIT to marry him off to ever single female member of the dynasty, thats just next level stupid storytelling sorry. There are more fun/political/whatever ways for the MC to get into power but here its just a king saying: "Here take all my women and add them to your harem please, you would do me such a favor buddy."
I dont really care about the part of the king being gay, there were probably at least a few monarchs who didnt gave a fuck about intimacy with their wife (because they were gay or prefered other mistresses) and possibly didnt cared about the wife having a lover on the side.
Thats the less annoying part for me, but the king being super eager to marry every single royal female to the MC and preferably "resign" (lol) as fast as possible in favor of the MC despite the MC barely having any standing is just ridiculous. Bringing up a harem on top of it was just the cherry on the cake. It felt more like the dev talking to the reader than the king in the story to our MC. Like he suddenly broke the fourth wall to explain to even the dumbest idiots that the king wants the mc to take his corwn and women -__-
For the king based on what they said earlier he seemed to have only gotten married to produce an heir. I'm pretty sure he's either gay or asexual.

You said it yourself, the king is gay... Maybe he wants to live vicariously through his family members.
I'm sure if the MC were open to it, the king would want to join the harem as well.As a side note: I'm not sure if the code changes, but the king only remarked about the harem if you ever picked that as an answer. He shouldn't mention it if you expressed preferring romantic love. So your impression of it being the dev talking isn't that farfetched.
You do make a good point about other monarchs, more so because these marriages were usually arranged. I do think this king was able to pick his own wife, since the queen didn't come from wealth.
He's gay, yes.

Honestly, Luna wears that very strange hat from her mother and it obviously doesn't suit her very well, that's probably the biggest reason why many people don't like her. On the other hand, she looks much better without that hat and if she didn't wear it, she would definitely gain more love interest favor from people in my opinion.
There's nothing wrong with her and i don't dislike her i just find her extremely boring compared to other LI's. Eliza is literally a vampire mommy, diana is a bad ass bitch whos on par with the MC strength wise, pirate sisters who are awesome in their own way and you have actual goddesses in the harem now.
Luna and Alice are just so normal compared to everyone else. Maybe they will get glow ups later tho.
The truth is that the dev is wasting Luna's talent. Despite her relatively rare ability to master two different magical elements, her magic is not given enough attention to develop and showcase her abilities sufficiently, which then has the negative effect of making her seem too ordinary, perhaps even weak, even though she is a relatively strong witch and has certainly inherited her abilities partly from her mother. However, the dev does not show this enough in the story and therefore comes across as just an ordinary teenager.
