honestly I thought it made sense not to bring Eliza because he was in a rush to save the pirates when the arc started so unless he can carry her the entire time he is running across the water without slowing down. It sucks but it's one of the things I did think made sense.

I understand why people might be upset about calling Echo your wife, but technically it makes sense considering she was the queen and after completing the trials, you become the king. Personally, I just hope Pearl or Kira aren't sidelined for too long. I’d love for us to go on an adventure with her again, alongside Eliza and all the other ladies. It would be fun to see some jealousy and banter between Pearl and Eliza.

It would, but I honestly don't trust Buu to do it justice. Just look at how the women on the mainland all agree not to talk about the MC. These conversations even happen when the MC isn't involved with anyone. All situations that could elicit jealousy are written around; they're designed to be modular with the least amount of intersection, both to give the player the freedom of choice and to avoid having to write scenes for specific relationship combos.
While I won't drop the game over it im with you there I don't want it to be a real marriage unless you know you are playing their path / given a choice then it would make more sense.

Eliza is the fan favorite and now she’s not even weak. She won’t be slowing us down. I understand why Eliza was left behind for this island arc as we were in a hurry to reach Diana's ship.
There’s no proper ceremony or anything, it's just implied that you're husband and wife. I’m on her path so there’s sex and stuff with her. I’m guessing that if you’re not on her path, she’ll still be referred to as your wife but when she comes into the room you’ll have the option to reject her or something like that.
Yeah, makes sense. But at the same time, there are only a few characters like Eliza, Pearl, Diana, Amelia, and Kira who get a bit jealous at the thought of the MC being with someone else. So it shouldn't be too hard for him to add a few renders and 10–15 lines of dialogue for interactions between these specific characters. Some of them are fan favorites, so the audience would really enjoy it.

She ties the MC to the bed, then leaves, stating she respects his decision. This is something I did like: the women who were already rejected were automatically skipped after they undressed and presented themselves.
You're right, I would also love interactions like these. Especially if meeting Eliza will make the pirate twins realize how they could've been treated if they hadn't stabbed my MC in the back.
Seeing as Eliza could hold her own against the MC before, I don't think Pearl stands a chance. Diana could probably wipe the floor with her. Eliza is less versatile than both Diana and the MC, and Diana has way more experience.
