Apologies if this question sounds judgey or anything. I just haven't messed with macs in many years so don't know where they are lately.
Can modern Mac os not just run windows .exe's easily? Like I've heard of parallels being a thing. Is it a fuss or janky or anything? Like I run linux but just run window stuff in bottles or in wine.
Mainly I'm curious how much mac users are locked out of stuff without making a dedicated mac version?

Various emulators are also available on Mac, which can run Windows exe files with varying degrees of success. However, not everyone likes or wants to bother with these, or perhaps they don't even like Windows, so if there is a native Mac version, they prefer to use that. I am one of those people, so I like to make ports. Incidentally, when it comes to games here, they try to upload every version available, which is commendable, but there are developers who only make games for Windows and/or Android. From this point of view, Linux is even not as widely accepted as Mac. So I think there is a demand for such ports, but the number of downloads does not reach that of the Windows version. But I enjoy doing this, and I also promote the platform.

Cool, thanks very much for the explanation. I wasn't sure how much trouble it was to just run a windows .exe. And of course a web search tells me it's anywhere between automatic and impossible.

Love how our negative reviews are like:
1) "It has AI art so I knocked down points!", when the game is tagged AI CG and they could have avoided it.
2) "Just think about it, the writing is bad!", no explanation on what can be improved.
Access to reviews should be gate kept tbh but I just read them for fun at this point.

As a former NSFW game developer, you have my utmost respect and understanding. We quit after publishing 3 titles (which achieved moderate success, but didn't even remotely reflect the effort we put in) and one of the reasons that pushed us to give up was the NON-constructive criticism. Without proper feedback, everything turns into a gambling game where you have to guess the right direction to take, and you often risk finding yourself having worked in the wrong direction (as happened to us).
So I express my complete solidarity to you/your team, while I ask everyone else to provide details about what you'd like to see improved in a game you don't like... Otherwise just move on, because criticism for its own sake helps no one.

For the devs, can you please post some of the old artwork of beloved characters that are no longer in the game, like Lori and June? for those of us who would like to try and recreate them, it would be nice to have the official art to work with
And for the community, would you like to see an official fan art thread opened for this game? because if you do, just make it known and we'll gladly open one up, and give this game the love it deserves

Honestly, while I genuinely love the idea of an official fan art thread, I'd probably lean toward keeping things as they are.
Maybe having fan art bump the thread occasionally could be beneficial for the game's visibility and help it get the love it deserves.
That said, this isn't my call to make, and I'll be happy either way

I remember having a lot of fun in the NP fan art thread, And the fan art thread being a chill place where people were mostly sharing pics and ideas instead of discussing/arguing/critiquing the game story/content. Everything was non-canon, people could take things in lots of directions.A lot of the topic was more on the topic of creating AI CG than the topic of the game, too.
For what it's worth, I'm totally cool with fan pics being posted here, and also totally cool with there being a separate fan-art thread. Neither Kurotori nor I have much control about what gets posted to either, honestly. We are on a pirate forum after all.
vampz, I think Lori looks a little jarring there because of her eyebrows. She's a bleached-blonde after all.
