As I understand it, the main character is the one who is being cheated on, but from what I see in the scenes, it's just groping and there's no rape or real penetration yet.

Hi, your save file broke my game. Right after I uploaded the file to the game and clicked on the application, nothing worked. Even changing the file name didn't work. Now the game won't load, won't start, and it can't even be deleted from my files either. I'm stuck with a broken game that will leave my files when it's ready evidently.

Did you also apply the i-patch? I see this save is low at completion, but probably not the reason breaking the game

Check your task manager, when you close the game sometimes doesn't fully and can cause issues booting
