Maybe if it was an spin-off focused on Ashley or Tara, it could be a more vanilla setting, but giving another game to Laura wouldn't make much sense in my opinion...

Well, I was specifically referring to the motivation behind wanting something different for a character and not making assumptions more complex than they need to be. Compared to making such a request when the direction for a game is clearly established.
With the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre", yes, that would indeed be silly. But I have stumbled upon quite popular opinions in the vein of "man, I'd gladly watch a full comedy movie of just these two characters. They rub off each other so well", while the original movie is not a comedy.

And here I was giving you the benefit of a doubt... Apparently somehow personality, "the meat of the character" can only be explored in a vanilla relationship or prior to a non-monogamous one. Part of me wants to disagree, because I love NTR, denial, chastity, and the 'harder' aspects of femdom.I miss more MC-centric episodes. Something a bit more wholesome to balance out the kink, to help with the immersion in the NTRS headspace and stop it leaning towards NTR.
There are tons of dating simulators, that's the vanilla game you're looking for. It wouldn't work for this type of game. The premise of it is phone text chains and pics between Laura/MC, MC/Ashley/Tara, and Laura/MC/Ashley/Tara.
If MC and Laura were on a wholesome, no cheating, no teasing run, why would they be taking those pics and sending those texts? If they were at the cinema together, why would they text about it, unless it was "hurry up in the bathroom, movie is about to start"? If they were having a nice dinner, why would they send each other photos of it?
There's nothing wrong with what you want, it just doesn't work in this style of game. There's a reason almost every phone simulator game is NTR/NTRS focused
You want a visual novel or dating simulator, Stag can't implement your desires without building an entire 2nd genre of game inside his game.
