Has a fix been found to the apk issue where an update fails due to an existing package yet? I remember having to reinstall and lose my saves back when 0.12 or 0.13 dropped and i dont really feel like slogging through everything again.

Wait, was that all in this new update? Just MC and Laura talking to each other? No offence to the developer and his vision, but Laura just being an exposition bot to MC about things they already did together and both know about is definitely one of the weaker parts of this game, and it's disappointing to have had a whole update be nothing but that.
That kind of content was the most requested, and the reception I got was, globally, very positive. A lot of people want these shared moments with Laura. They're integral to the relationship.

There's no fix. Unity changed the "dev key", and didn't want my backup, so it has to be a fresh install.

You could backup saves before uninstalling though.

I've often found in NTS games the couple tend to not communicate much or at all about all the stuff they do, so I'm glad to hear that isn't the case here.

Now I won't be playing this update for a while, but it's cool you still have the couple actually talking to each other.

That was exactly the same thought I had while I was trying the last update. Also, what's the point on adding choices if all of them lead to the same result?
MC: Would you like me to .... blah blah blah?
choices:
- Yes
- Please
- Of course

This one killed me. I deleted the game.
I said it multiple times: it's to avoid having walls of text without an interruption. It's about pacing.

It's a disguised "Click to go to next dialogue".

Le Stag wouldn't it be easier to simply provide one dialog option in such a case?

I'm all for giving the player chances for input, and stopping the walls of text for better pacing
But it does seem somewhat silly to have multiple options that mean the same thing, especially having 3 options that all mean the same thing

That would also make actual choices feel more meaningful, and make the player want to read what happens when they see multiple options

Having two options give you an implication in the game, even though it's a fake one. Making you think, even for half a second, about what you would answer, help you immerse yourself in the story, and making it yours. You didn't just click a button, you chose an answer. Even a fake choice is still a choice, and that makes a huge difference.

That's a common game design "trick", used in a lot of games.

When all 3 options are exactly the same, it's also deliberate from me. It's a way to express to you, the player, the mood of the MC. When Laura asks a question and you have three "YES YES!!!" answer, it's me showing you what's going through the MC's mind at that moment. It's a storytelling element, the same kind you could find in any RPG in which, for example, all answers are sarcastic because you're playing as a sarcastic character.

I don't disagree with you, and I definitely recognize this from video games
I also recall how much such things were ridiculed in specific video games (for example in Fallout 4 you usually have yes, yes and sarcastic yes dialog options)

I personally don't mind how the game works, not at all
It is definitely my favorite new game here, by a longshot
But I can understand why people don't necessarily like having these fake choices, especially when they are completely identical (I remember seeing yes and yes as two options, so it isn't a different flavor)
I think you're already adding specific dialog lines after these choices to reflect the mood, so that the reactions aren't 100% identical, but also converge quickly after, that works for me

EDIT: ah, it seems I have access again...

Le Stag i think i found a context problem because if you decide to not let laura fuck mike in chapter 33 and skip chapter 33 with that decision you still read in chapter 34 that she had sex with mike and in the app notes where our big decisions are keep to remind us , there are 2 decisions we had to make in chapter 33 and they are automaticly made without our input when we skip 33. just thought to let you know.
Netorase Phone is a great game. i loved ever chapter and i liked that we can make decisions and can adjust our story a little bit.i find your story with a friends group fouling around and explore great.like is alot.

How, though?
I wanted to play the game on my phone, but I couldn't see how to transfer my PC save to it, since the game have no native way to export/import saves and my phone doesn't let me access the data folder.
I asked it here before on this thread, but got no answers whatsoever.

Agreed, it's hard to see the relationship growing, which was the point of the kink in the first place, if we don't see how the MC and Laura's relationship changes along the way.

I do agree with the sentiment that it's getting stale. Ashley needs to take Lauras corruption to the next level.
Nathan is getting boring, he still has his use as a photographer but for anything else not really.
I agree with the review I just saw, which said, Laura doesn't need a second boyfriend. Mike was also just more of the same but at least he progressed the development where Laura took someone home. That was great.
I don't doubt you have a plan and that this is going to get better. Most games have ups and downs, this game is currently on a down, it started very high so, saying it's a down isn't really doing it justice, it's just a less of a high. If that makes sense.

I also agree with the opinion of 15 people who are not subscribed to patreon. The game is in decline, each update should be like a series of an interesting series, but it's not. Each update should develop the story and lead to something new. I offer a new fetish every update and a new lover every update. I noticed a lot of text and few pictures, so I suggest removing the text and increasing the number of pictures. :HideThePain:

Not a bad update, the parts where the MC is still the sex partner should be reduced a lot and it seems like an MC x Ashley pairing keeps trying to get teased no matter how much i turn down those options. The Tara stuff is fun, if slow but I like the corruption angle. I hope it transitions into more of a story where all the women around the MC fucks other people and he gets to experience it from the sidelines.
