With this developer, there's no need to worry about intensity. At the end of the game, there will be a possible pregnancy from another guy. I think knowing this is not worth worrying about.

Yeeeah but this is a market gap title.
Most other games with netorase/sharing themes don't update every two weeks let alone once a month. Maybe when the economy improves and people have more time for their hobbies, there will be a bigger market and all devs will have to step it up. For now, let's just enjoy the tiny updates as is.

I would add on topic of support, piracy, etc: personaly I'm unable to back game on patreon for various personal reasons, at least for a protracted period of time.
If the game would be avaliable as a product for purchase, in steam or itch for example, I would buy it, even if patreon backers would recieve some benefits like early updates, as long as there is some value in the independent release of the game, like artbook or something (fairly common model these days).
But as long as such release is not happening and I'm not planing to use Patreon, does it really matter if I download pirated version now or dev's version week later? Philosophical question, I guess.

I think if you look at the progress, it shows you the version, as well as the total playtime and completion percentage

To you it might not matter. But if the game is going to be released for free a mere 7 days later, and the only benefit (besides discord access and voting in polls) is that you don't have to wait, I don't see the point of leaking it in the first place. If you (not you personally) get it a week early or a week later, your still waiting 3 weeks each update, why the rush to post here? I just don't get it, this is the most friendly and pro consumer Dev I've ever seen in this sight. Hurting his bottom line that allows him to put the effort in and devote his full time just makes no sense to me.
I completely agree with you about piracy part and releasing updates without waiting makes zero sense.
But there is a saying: the free cheese is only in the mouse trap
If Dev has a different business model it doesn't mean his game is free. Same with "yourtubers", you don't even need to donate to some of them, but some of them are still making millions out of free videos.
And Dev is far away from "most friendly and pro consumer".
Let me give you an example.
I have about a thousand games on Steam.
For some I left positive reviews, for some negative.
For one tower defence game I left a negative review, because it crashed all the time and reset all progress to zero.
The dev of this tower defence game, after a negative review, contacted me directly to help fix the problem, (btw, it was not my fault, it was actually the game system broken) and generate save files, so I can restore my lost progress.
I changed my negative review to positive after that. And he fixed the problem on his side.
Le Stag's reaction to anything negative about his game is just so childish.
Some people are just love the adulation, I think, gathering likes, being called "hero" and all, some kind of emotional stimulant to them. I don't think you can hate the game/dev but also pay money on Patreon to get early version to leak it, it's just bizzare psychology.
But I don't agree with "hurting bottom line" I think this thread clearlly shows people do not support dev on Patreon for weak early release. it's just too small of the benefit. They either want to support him for his work or they don't. Or being unable as I am. Leaking is not nice and annoying to dev, but I doubt it somehow hurts him financially very much.

Yea people just wanna buy the game as a complete product. It's sort of feeling like a subscription service to keep playing nts phone. Which I mean it is, but it's through patreon.
I'm sure most of us just want to buy it, then play it and be done with it. We can't give a full review on the game in it's early stage. So in the grand scheme of it all, we just don't know if it is really that good. Though it has been pretty good so far, it's just a little difficult to satisfy everybody playing this game. As we have our nitpicks about relationships, and playing certain paths in the game.
I guess we can just agree sharing and reclaiming Laura as our own is hot? It's fun when she tells us to touch our self as she tells us about her steamy sexual encounters. Then she says she loves us so that's what makes it a good game, for the nts genre, and not a heart breaking one like ntr trash stories that have you feeling empty.

Damn, that's a shame. Chastity content is extremely scarce in porn games, which to be fair is generally understandable. There's a reasonable minority that likes it and a whole bunch of people that don't like it, and in visual novels for example, adding a chastity option to the game would add much more work, since you would have to draw/render a significant portion of the game's images over again just to appeal to a section of the population that's probably going to enjoy the game anyway, and the people who don't like it will get annoyed that a whole lot of time is being 'wasted' on content they don't like. So it's a non-starter unless it's a central theme of the game from the start.
For a game with so much text-based content in which the pictures provide context to the text, rather than the text to the pictures, where the MC isn't even on screen more than half a dozen times, it would be far more feasible in terms of development time to have a chastity sub-route, where it gets mentioned in a bunch of conversation inserts and remarks here and there, and a couple of images, with maybe a special larger than normal interlude to kick it all off without getting in the way of the other content. At which point it becomes a background thing since the other 99% of the game is going to be the same anyway (laura teasing the mc and fucking other guys) which isn't going to impact or being impacted by chastity stuff directly, one way or the other, other than a swapped out chat message here and there.
Here's to hoping it appears as an elective option somewhere.
