oh I agree. There's nothing wrong with Harem and Vanilla games. I enjoy those too.

to target this particular point....I don't think you understand polyamory...Polyamory is you as an individual being non monogamous. You have multiple partners who might also be poly and have other partners or they might be only in a relationship with you. this isn't what is going on here. This game plays with the limited open relationship/swinging aspects of NTS. The main character and laura aren't falling in love and having multiple loving relationships outside their own relationship. They are having sexual relationships with other people within the boundaries of their own monogomous relationship. they love each other and want to explore sexual relationships outside of that...but unlike just an open relationship they have created rules and boundaries ....atleast until you just say fuck it as the sub cuck and tell her to just go nuts...which honestly kind of just becomes a visual novel where your choices stop mattering but I mean to each their own.

Le stag gave us the choice to say no surprises then all the sudden says "well nevermind I can't be bothered to code the game to keep doing that." just comes off as a bit of lazyness. The vast majority here aren't saying that we want to be fucking doing shibari on laura and telling her we get to fuck her friends while she gets nothing. We are saying we want the consistency promised in the premise of the game. Choices matter. if you give me a choice to tell Laura no I want only me to fuck you tonight lets stay home and do couple shit.. and she says yes . THat should happen. she shouldn't still go fuck nathan or whoever that night. I shouldn't get random texts of her getting fucked if I said no surprises. just code an "if no to surprises then no random interludes/ then no she doesn't go fuck him that night" statement its not a lot of work. its a matter of not having things like her randomly getting barebacked by nathan in the current chapter despite her having agreed to use condoms with other guys and only let you fuck her without one. these things are not difficult to code..
I get it if you are using civitai and the current credit card freeze meant that you couldn't generate any new images so you just used leftovers from the last chapter....hence the copy paste party after another party chapter that felt kind of forced, limited and copy pasted. Open relationships, and polycules absolutely have rules and boundaries in place, I'd say the MC and Laura aren't poly because with everyone else it's not romantic, it's just sex and friendship, but they definitely have a open relationship. And I would say they fall well under the ENM umbrella.

and laura allowing him to fuck her friends was something that Le stag introduced to the game himself which makes it a legitimate point to say that we want more of it. Le stag usually has mc fuck laura afterwards anyways....hell if he wants her to fuck nathan in a chapter have her beg the MC and offer something for it in confident stag. like its not hard to write a few extra lines of dialogue. we aren't asking for you to write a million branching paths...hell you could have her send ashley over and just reuse the blowjob scene with a few slightly changed dialogues and slight picture variants of the BJ since generating images with AI takes a minute or so. the current update was just the previous release copy pasted with extra characters and pov's as it is.

You assume wrong, as that's absolutely NOT what I am saying.
I am saying that if you're going to give players the agency to limit the interactions with Nathan too, the story will never progress at the pace Stag is setting, as you open it up too much. Let's not forget, this is a kinetic novel with flavor settings/text. Not a game.
Also not saying that fucking the other girls with the MC isn't good. I am saying some people ONLY want that content, and skip on the NTS part. Which is idiotic in a game like this.
And if you think generating GOOD AI pictures (like this game has) takes mere minutes, you clearly haven't give it a serious attempt. It takes dozens of attempts to get a decent picture and then you still have to post-edit in photoshop or whatever.

I should have worded that a little differently. But if you read again I was saying that an unrestrained open relationship is essentially as long as you come home to me safely anything is free game. Polyamory is about nonmonogamous relationships. so while rules exist its a completely different structure than anything involved in this game. unless stag is being honest here and just wants nathan and Laura to get together while MC goons in the background....I mean that seems to be the real direction here. He seems to just want to end game an NTR ending where the MC is cool with it because he goons to them having babies he has to raise. my dude I spent a few hours creating a lora for Laura in the fan post thread it wasn't that hard. if you understand game coding and art you can manipulate it pretty easily . but hell I am not even saying that he needs to generate completely new images here . I said generate a condom variant of the same images he used in the past just to help not have to write a completely new scene in situations like I described. you can do that in a three picture generation easily.especially if you created your character lora properly..... hell I have had to create actual CGI with graphic design software for money. AI doesn't take as much effort as actually creating artwork. comparatively AI art is pretty fucking easy since you are just figuring out what prompts work and training your model to not do stupid shit. It's coding for dummies.
I did this in one go I have like multiple similar images from that single generation with the Lora I made (no worries le stag its under nobody is allowed to make money from it.)

If I paid to help a creator make a game and the creator is out there interacting with me and others its kind of reasonable to mention flaws I see in the process. I have openly said I enjoy the game but the last few releases have just had simple coding stuff that hasn't been working properly and the creator just passes it off as his story needs to progress....which just comes off as he isn't actually doing all the coding himself or couldn't find the problem and gave up. Like If he wants to keep receiving money from people listening to and actually having a real conversation about the issues rather than blowing them off is kind of important.
