I got the impression that MC is an extremely boring and uninteresting character who constantly sits at home at his phone/computer, jerks off, sometimes getting distracted by work and occasional sex with Laura. In my opinion, he is just a boring loser.

MC is a blank slate, it's purposely that way so the player can self insert. If that's what you get I'm not going to argue with you, but I question your media literacy.

As I said earlier in some statements I exaggerated .
I will try to rephrase - Laura spends time with Nathan at the first opportunity. Let it not be a large part of her free time but definitely not a small one. (and the scene from the latest update only confirms this ).
I will say even more following the strictly defined vector of the game Laura prefers the company of MC to all others.

No it doesn't. In the latest update, over the course of several days, Laura suggests to invite Nathan once, during the weekend. If MC isn't up to it Nathan doesn't get an invite, and Laura doesn't go to see him either. If they invite him he gets there, they have a threesome (or he bangs Laura, depending on preferences) and he gtfo, he doesn't stay for dinner, he doesn't stay the night.

And that's it. They are on friendly terms, but he's little more than Deliveroo Dick.

I think the notion that MC and Laura don't spend that much time together or whatever has to stem from the fact that, naturally, when they're together they're not texting each other, unless they're engaging in something particularly naughty. We get plenty of hints that they spend a fair share of quality time together outside of their adventures, but of course we don't get the full texting breakdown of those.

But while I don't share the "outrage" about that personally, it did give me the idea that it could be fun if Le Stag found a way to integrate regular date nights (with lewd undertones to justify them texting the group chat about it) into the game. With a focus on fun they'd be having together (something like Laura showing off a bit in the restaurant, or giving MC a blowjob at the back of a movie theater) so that those dates are primarily about their relationship, but of course considering the story's themes there would be room for some NTS fun too.

Probably a bit harder to make work in texting form than most storylines but it does sound like there's potential there, at least to me.

In fact giving it a bit more thought, I wonder if the best way to implement something like that wouldn't be primarily as short vignettes between chapters, with Laura or MC quickly forwarding a picture from their date to the group chat before going back to their evening together which would remain untold. And there could be a couple chapter-length dates too, but not too many.
